Job Scope

  • Handle daily office administration task
  • Including coordinate with vendor and customer
  • Invoice and receipt documentation filling
  • Quotation and proposal preparation
  • Sorting data and data entry for reporting purpose
  • Meeting minutes and departmental report
  • Prepare event and meeting needy before hand


  • Monthly incentive bonus up to RM 500
  • Monthly KPI incentive up to RM 300
